Beyond the Funnel: How t2ó ONE is Decoding the New Customer Journey

The marketing landscape is shifting beneath our feet, and at t2ó ONE, we are determined to lead the conversation. In collaboration with the Asociación de Marketing de España (AMKT), we recently hosted two exclusive sessions in Barcelona and Madrid to dissect one of the most profound transformations in consumer behavior: the evolution from the traditional marketing funnel to the 4S Model.

Rewriting the Customer Journey: The 4S Framework

In today’s digital ecosystem, the consumer decision-making process no longer follows a traditional, linear funnel. Instead, consumers discover, compare, and decide dynamically, blending moments of inspiration, exploration, and action across multiple channels.

To make sense of this new reality, we use the 4S Framework:

  • Streaming
  • Scrolling
  • Searching
  • Shopping

This model allows us to understand real-world behaviors and how they influence every phase of the modern journey. At t2ó ONE, we apply data and rigor to this new path, quantifying the specific weight of each «S» in business generation. This enables us to identify exactly which levers are most decisive for brand discovery, consideration, conversion, and activation.

From the complexity of banking and insurance to the fast-paced worlds of beauty and beverages, no sector is immune to this shift. It is no longer just about being visible; it is about being the preferred choice in an ecosystem where the customer journey is being completely rewritten.

From Barcelona to Madrid: A Journey of Shared Knowledge

Our roadshow kicked off in Barcelona, where we gathered industry leaders to debate the initial impact of these technologies. The energy was electric, and the conclusion was clear: the future of marketing is no longer about predicting human behavior alone, but about understanding AI-driven decision ecosystems.

On May 13th, we brought these exact insights to Madrid for our second session. The Madrid event allowed us to dive even deeper into practical business applications, exploring how brands can adapt their data structures and media activation to remain competitive.

We want to extend a special thank you to Maria Castellanos, Cristina Pons, and Marta Agui for their outstanding presentation and for leading today’s session in Madrid. We would also like to thank the Asociación de Marketing de España – AMKT for joining us on this journey, and everyone who joined the conversation to help define what comes next.

What’s Next?

The transformation is already underway. It is no longer a question of if the market will change, but how fast your brand can adapt to it. It is time to rethink how your business is going to win in this new reality.
